Cannot Delete Locations in Plug-in Version QC test

SLP plug-in in QC testing. Version 2502.27.01 

P.S. THERE IS NO GOOGLE API KEY IN QC TESTING SO I CANNOT PROPERLY TEST THE PLUGIN VERSIONS.

Cannot delete locations either manually or in bulk on the plug-in version.

Note: This does work on the Staging site for SaaS professional@storelocatorplus.com

JavaScript for admin pages not loading on plugin version.

Fixed the admin enqueue javascript methods to process the SaaS and plugin hooks.
